1. Start with the App
- Open Crowd Control Desktop App
- Select Earthbound from the game list
- Select “Earthbound”
- Randomizer support, check out Earthbound Randomizer
- Follow the Auto Setup checklist (right side of app)
Each item will guide you through required steps.
2. ROM Requirements
- Must be the USA SNES version, with this MD5:
a864b2e5c141d2dec1c4cbed75a42a85
3. (Optional) Hardware
In the app, under Connector, select Hardware
- Follow our Hardware Setup Guide
- FX Pak Pro or SD2SNES
4. Test Before You Stream
- You can only test effects after pressing “Start Session” in the Crowd Control app
- Always test a few effects before going live to confirm effects trigger as expected
Skipping this step can lead to broken streams and confusion!
Common Issues
Effect: Instant Win Battles: Enemies currently give 0 exp when an instant win happens from this effect.
