We support the original vanilla US v1.0 version of Star Fox 64. Not v1.1 or any other region version of the game.
The following ROM versions are supported, however the first one is recommended:

Bizhawk Support
We recommend following the OOTR N64 guide on controller setup, video setup and other options to get the best out of Bizhawk and N64 games. Most of these settings have already been applied when using the One Click Setup!
