You can follow the general setup guide at https://crowdcontrol.live/setup for extra help with the Twitch Extension, the Crowd Control Desktop Client and other options.

We suggest using the One Click Setup to install the mod required for this game,. This can be found in the Crowd Control Desktop app, after selecting your game!

Manual Setup

We recomend using the One Click Setup if you are new to modding with this game. If you want to apply the mod yourself, feel free to follow these steps.

We use the SMAPI mod loader to allow effects to work. If you do not already have SMAPI installed, grab the latest installer from their site. More info can be found at Modding:Player Guide/Getting Started – Stardew Valley Wiki

We support Steam and GOG versions of the game. Find your install paths using this guide: Modding:Player Guide/Getting Started – Stardew Valley Wiki

• Download and install SMAPI
• Download the mod ControlValley.zip
• Extract the contents of ControlValley.zip into your SMAPI Mods folder.
• Start “Stardew Valley (PC)” from the Crowd Control desktop app.
• Start Stardew Valley using StardewModdingAPI.exe in your install folder.

When you load into a game, you should see these messages!

Gameplay Support

Softlocked? The fact is, we are doing some things the developer did not intend. If you get soft locked or stuck in some way, resetting the day should fix most issues. Just exit to the title screen and reload to restart the day!

Multiplayer? Multiplayer has worked for some but is not officially supported, be sure to try it out before committing to multiplayer.
