Setup

We suggest using the Crowd Control Desktop app to install our mod!

1. Select “Sons Of The Forest” from the CC desktop app.
   • We have 3 different options depending on how you want to player. See below for the difference!
2. Install the mod using our desktop app.
3. Launch the game using the CC desktop app.
4. Press START and test effects!

Multiplayer(Peer-to-Peer) & Dedicated Servers

For now we have split the pack into a few different builds for less confusion on setup.

• Make sure all users have the mod installed!
  • People who are not streaming do not need the CC app.
    • Anyone not using the CC app will need to manually install the mod: SonsOfTheForest-CrowdControl.zip. Exact the contends of the zip into your game install folder.
• Some effect will not work in Multiplayer/Dedicated Server, so we have disabled these for you automatically:
  • All Teleport effects
  • Spawn effects
    • Some spawns do work on peer-to-peer, so they have been left in.

Mods

Our pack was made using RedLoader, so it should play along with other mods. If you notice some mods do not work, let us know!
