Setup

We support the USA version of Resident Evil for the PlayStation 1! Make sure to select the .cue file in the Crowd Control desktop app.

Your .cue file should match the MD5 value of 59b3779f109699eabc4245ac893a4b89 and your .bin should match 2b591b7a746d751062b1acf0d622204b.

PS1 Bizhawk Firmware

In order to use PSX with Bizhawk, you will also need to obtain a copy of the USA PSX BIOS, SCPH7001.BIN or SCPH7003.BIN. We will not be able to provide the BIOS.

The first time you load a PS1 game with Bizhawk, it will ask for your copy of the BIOS. Right click PSX (USA) > Set Customization. After it is set, we suggest closing Bizhawk and relaunch from Crowd Control.
