You can follow the general setup guide at https://crowdcontrol.live/setup for extra help with the Twitch Extension, the Crowd Control Desktop Client and other options.

Setup
Step 1: Use the Crowd Control Desktop app to install our mod and launch the game!
Step 2: Enable the mod from the “Content Manager” in the games’ main menu.
Manual Setup
- Download the Crowd Control mod here
- Copy the contents of this zip to
%LocalAppData%\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods - You need to run the game at least once with the DLC to create this folder.
- “Replace files in the destination” if asked.
- Launch Cities: Skylines.
- Enable the mod from the “Content Manager” in the games’ main menu.
- Hit START in the Crowd Control desktop app!
