The account you are trying to use is required to be verified on the platform you are using.

What You Can Do

Twitch Account

If this is a Twitch account, just head on over to https://www.twitch.tv/settings/security and follow the instructions there to verify your account.

Discord Account

On Discord, you’ll can follow the instructions at https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/213219267-Resending-Verification-Email to get started.

TikTok or YouTube Account

The desktop application should prompt you to verify your email. Fill that out and wait for the verification email from us, it should arrive almost instantly. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it right away.

If you still do not receive it, try using a different email provider. Some providers, especially Yahoo and Hotmail/Outlook, tend to block or delay emails like these more often.

If it still does not arrive after a few attempts, feel free to reach out to our Discord support. Please be prepared to email [email protected] from the same email address you are trying to link, along with the name or link of the profile you are attempting to connect.

What if that doesn’t work

If you are unable to verify your account on these platforms we will not be able to manually verify them for you. We require the accounts on these platforms to be verified though the platforms methods and we will not bypass that. We recommend you reach out to those platforms support if you’re having issues.
