Crowd Control Setup Guides

1. Start with the App

1. Open the Crowd Control Desktop App and select Trash Day from the game list.

2. Follow the Auto Setup checklist. It downloads and installs the Crowd Control mod (BepInEx 6) for you.

3. Launch the game through Steam. Steam must be running or the game will not start.

4. The mod connects automatically once you are in a level. The overlay in the bottom right corner shows the connection status.

2. Test Before You Stream

1. In the CC app, press Start Session.

2. Test a few effects and confirm they trigger as expected.

3. Effects only run while you are in a level. They are held at the title screen, while loading, and while a menu is open.

Mod Compatibility

• The mod uses BepInEx 6.0.0-be.785 (Unity Mono build). BepInEx 5 will not load in this game.

• Crowd Control mod package: https://one-click.crowdcontrol.live/TrashDay/TrashDay-CC.zip

• Other BepInEx mods usually work alongside Crowd Control, but conflicts are possible. Test before you stream.

Game Version

• Tested on the Steam release for Windows (October 13, 2026).

• If a game update breaks effects, use the Send Feedback option in the CC app or ask in our Discord.

Notes

• Co-op: each player runs their own mod and their own Crowd Control session. Effects on your own raccoon work even when the host has no mod. Wagon damage, loot spills and money effects run for the host only. Guests who buy one get a message telling them it needs the host.

• Overlay: F10 cycles the overlay, F9 forces a reconnect. Both can be turned off in BepInEx/config/WarpWorld.CrowdControl.TrashDay.cfg.

• The Escape menu does not pause the game. The game keeps running while a menu is open.

Uninstall

• Open the Crowd Control app, select Trash Day, and click the trash icon to run the automatic uninstaller.
