New to Crowd Control? Check out the
1. Start with the App
Open Crowd Control Desktop App
Select Super Mario Bros. from the game list
Follow the Auto Setup checklist (right side of app)
2. ROM Requirements
Must be the original NES PRG1 version with MD5:
After setup, you’ll see “Crowd Control” on the title screen.
3. (Optional) Randomizer
Supported Randomizer: The SMB3 Randomizer Project
4. Test Before You Stream
You can only test effects after pressing “Start Session” in the Crowd Control app
Always test a few effects before going live to confirm effects trigger as expected
Skipping this step can lead to broken streams and confusion!
Common Issues
World 7 - All effects queue
Overworld - you may need to disable some effects:

Hammer Bro
P-Switch
