Automatic Setup
We suggest using the Crowd Control Desktop app to install our mod!
Select Geometry Dash from the CC desktop app.
Install the mod using our desktop app.
Launch the game using the CC desktop app.
Press START and test effects!
Manual Setup
Follow this setup if you already have Geode installed.
Head to https://geode-sdk.org/ and grab the latest installer!
Download our mod zip and extract the contents to your mod directory: crowdcontrol.geode.zip
Launch the game using the CC desktop app.
Press START and test effects!
Notes
Our mod currently runs on GD 2.209 via Geode v5.11.2 or newer (forward compatibility).
Game Version
Our support has been tested with the Steam version of the game on GD 2.209 (released Oct 15, 2026). Other game stores may work but have not been tested.
GD 2.209 requires Geode v5.11.2 or newer. The CC app will prompt you to update the mod after a game update. Accepting the update re-runs the installer and updates the Geode loader.
Installed Geode manually? After a game update you must run the Geode installer again from https://geode-sdk.org/ to update the loader. Our mod depends on it.

Uninstall
To uninstall the Crowd Control mod:
From the CC desktop app, select your game.
Click the trash icon 🗑️ next to “Mod Installed” to run the uninstaller.
This only works if you previously used “Skip Mod Manager”.
