Manual Setup

We recommend using the One Click Setup if you are new to modding with this game. If you want to apply the mod yourself, feel free to follow these steps.

• We will be using a tool to allow some effects to work. This tool installs a virtual controller on your system. Download and install the tool here: Release ViGEmBus Setup 1.16.116 · ViGEm/ViGEmBus · GitHub

• Launch Fall Guys!

• Hit START in the Crowd Control desktop app!

• If this is your first time running this pack, the desktop client will setup and install a virtual controller for you.

• The desktop app will give a warning message if we do not detect the above tool.

Game Capture Notes

We recommend playing the game full screen and using “Display Capture” when streaming. This will make it easier to capture the overlay effects. You can use Windowed mode, but will need to crop your window manually. Game Capture and/or Window Capture will not be able to capture the overlay effects for your viewers to see.

For inverting your screen check out our setup guide over at https://crowdcontrol.live/guides/12850/ScreenFlip. Some users end up only displaying a black screen in OBS after this, but still flips your screen. If that happens to you, you might want to disable the effect while we try to improve it.

Control Notes

Any effect that moves your player or camera relies on you either playing with just mouse and keyboard, or using Xbox controller or a controller that identifies as an Xbox controller.

If you are using a PS4 controller, you can install DS4Windows.

For just about any other sort of controller, including PS3 controllers and Switch controllers, you can check out x360ce.

Cheat Detection or Bans

This pack was designed to not interact directly with the game, all effects happen to your computer and or the virtual controller. Nothing directly interacts with the game’s memory or process. Since all of the effects are negative to you and offer no benefit, this pack should be completely safe to use without fear of any bans.

Because we are not hooking into the game directly, we cannot verify that all effects will always happen correctly. It is up to you the streamer to ensure the effects are working before streaming. We offer support on our Discord to help setup and troubleshoot if you have any issues.
