Crowd Control Setup Guides

1. Start with the App

• Open the Crowd Control Desktop App

• Select Dyson Sphere Program from the game list

• Follow the Auto Setup checklist (left side of the app)

2. Test Before You Stream

• Effects can only be tested after pressing "Start Session" in the app

• Always test a few effects before going live

• Skipping this can lead to broken streams and confusion!

Mod Compatibility

• Our mod uses BepInEx 5 (5.4.23)

• Auto Setup installs the correct version for you

• Mod package: DysonSphereProgram-CC.zip

• Other mods may work, but are not tested with Crowd Control

• If you have issues, try with just Crowd Control

• No mod conflicts reported so far. Let us know if you find one!

Game Version

• Tested with the Steam version of the game

• Other game stores may work but have not been tested

• Want another store supported? Submit a request in our Discord, #cc-requests

Notes

• Dark Fog effects require a combat-mode save. Effects are rejected with a reason when the required target is unavailable.

• Timed effects pause while the game is paused, loading, on the title screen, or in a modal menu.

• The mod connects on port 58430. The server and port can be changed in the Crowd Control tab of the in-game Settings window.

Uninstall

• In the CC desktop app, select your game

• Click the trash icon next to "Mod Installed" to run the uninstaller
