Disrupts & Stream Software
Visual disrupts currently cover the entire screen. We recommend running your game in fullscreen or borderless fullscreen mode and capturing your display in your streaming software. There are some other options as well, based on your software.
Audio disrupts or visual disrupts with audio, are played from the main Crowd Control App. You can add an application audio capture for more control.
OBS Studio
Display Capture:
Run your game or app in full screen and capture that display.
Game Capture:
You will need to add a “Window Capture” for [CrowdControl.exe] Crowd Control - Disrupt above your Game Capture source.
- If you see a yellow box over your screen, you need to disable the Windows screen recording privacy warning feature.
- Games captured using “Windowed Mode” are not fully supported but can work, since video disrupts cover your entire screen.
Meld Studio

Portrait Canvas: Most video disrupts can work cropped into a portrait mode that cover the entire stream. Some like “Error Swarm” may not work great.
