This pack requires the Natural Disasters DLC expansion!
Use the Crowd Control Desktop app to install our mod and launch the game!
Enable the mod from the “Content Manager” in the games’ main menu.
Load into a saved game.
Hit START in the Crowd Control desktop app!

Download the Crowd Control mod here
Copy the contents of this zip to
%LocalAppData%\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\ModsLaunch Cities: Skylines.
Enable the mod from the “Content Manager” in the games’ main menu.
Load into a saved game.
Hit START in the Crowd Control desktop app!
Uninstall
To uninstall the Crowd Control mod:
From the CC desktop app, select your game.
Click the trash icon 🗑️ next to “Mod Installed” to run the uninstaller.
