Install the Crowd Control Desktop App and follow the General Setup Guide

1. Start with the App

This pack and mod is in “testing”. Please report any issues or effect ideas to our Discord!

• Open Crowd Control Desktop App
• Select Borderlands 3 from the game list
• Follow the Auto Setup checklist (right side of app)
  • You will need to provide the CC app with bl3-sdk.zip from the Oak Mod Manager GitHub.

Manual Setup

• Follow the instructions to install Oak Mod Manager.
  • https://bl-sdk.github.io/oak-mod-db/
• Download the zip and extract to sdk_mods (Step 6).
  • Download: CrowdControl.zip
• Proceed to the CC app to continue!

2. Test Before You Stream

• You can only test effects after pressing “Start Session” in the Crowd Control app
• Always test a few effects before going live to confirm effects trigger as expected

Skipping this step can lead to broken streams and confusion!
