How to Let Your Viewers Trigger Sound Effects with Crowd Control
Sound adds a whole extra layer to an interactive stream. A well-placed sound cue can change how an effect lands, whether that's a groan of disappointment on Kill Player or a celebratory cheer when something goes right. You can attach sounds to existing Crowd Control effects, or build an entirely new Disrupt effect out of a sound alone.

Adding a Sound to an Existing Crowd Control Effect
Any Crowd Control effect can have a sound attached to it. Open the effect's settings panel, click the volume icon, and set your sound properties from there. You can upload one sound or several, or reuse a sound you've already added to another effect.

Creating a Custom Sound Disrupt
If you'd rather turn a sound into its own standalone effect, head to the Disrupts page in the app.
Start by creating a new disrupt pack if you don't already have one, and give it a name. From there, create a new Sound Disrupt inside that pack. Upload the sound you want viewers to trigger, set its volume, and name the effect. That's it, you've built a custom effect from scratch.
Making It Live
Enable the disrupt pack during your Crowd Control session, and the sound effect will appear alongside your other effects for viewers to send.
